Shipping for all orders is a flat rate fee of $8*. We ship orders on Mondays and Thursdays. (Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship on Monday; orders shipped Monday through Wednesday ship on Thursday.) Expedited shipping is available; please email us before placing your order. Expedited orders will be sent next business day. All orders are sent by USPS and should arrive within 3-7 business days after you receive your shipping notification.
*Heavy merchandise may incur additional shipping charges. All applicable styles will include a notation in the product description.
We accept returns on unused product within 10 days of receipt. Please email email@example.com for a return authorization number. We will not accept returns without prior authorization. All items should be in the original condition and include the tags. Please package breakable items appropriately so no damage occurs during shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We do not accept returns on sale or promotional items or items purchased at a pop up shop or market (in person or online). Additionally, all sales on waist beads and bath/body products are final.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will try to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If a replacement item is available, we will provide you with a return authorization number.
