Baby Batakari

Batakari are smocks made from woven kente strips which are then hand-stitched or machine sewn together to form the garment. The style originated in the northern regions of Ghana are traditionally worn by men although the style is increasingly popular for women as well. We love batakari for its versatility. It looks great on everyone--men women and especially the kids. It can be worn year round, especially in summer. These pint size smocks are perfect for boys and girls.
